Tessa
Founder & Owner
With an event management and travel background, Tessa founded Assisted Adventures with her extensive and lived mental health knowledge, hoping to deliver a compassionate, fun and independent view to care for all ages. Tessa’s hobbies include anything outdoors, records, her therapy dog, live events and meeting new people.
Fiona
Area Support Manager
With many years working in the mental health industry, Fiona has always been passionate about working with youth, advocating for independence and growth across all aspects of their lives. Outside of work, you’ll find Fiona cooking, gardening or spending time with her family and friends.
Layla
Support Superstar
Our calm and outgoing Support Superstar Layla enjoys supporting children and youth living with mental and physical disabilities in a holistic, independent setting designed around your lifestyle. Layla is passionate about surfing, sports, live music and spending time with her friends.
Asha
Support Superstar
Our Support Superstar Asha is an invaluable member of the Assisted Adventures team, bringing with him an extensive knowledge of ADHD, ASD and Bipolar Disorder knowledge. Asha specialises in working with clients who live with behavioural issues. Outside of work Asha is a photographer, traveller and adventurer. He enjoys surfing, skating, camping and exploring.

Support Superstar
With an extensive range of experience in the support and mental health arenas, our Support Superstar Kylie is a well-loved member of our team. Outside of work, you can find Kylie shopping, cooking, gardening and amongst the outdoors.

Sian
Support Superstar
Sian is a dedicated disability support worker. Sian spent two enriching years in Japan after high school, where she taught English to both children and adults in group and one-on-one settings. Upon returning to Australia, Sian pursued a degree in Creative Industries at university while continuing to teach English online. She welcomed many of her Japanese students for short homestays in Australia, hosting around 25 times, mostly individuals studying for work or business but also had some families visit with their kids. Sian enjoyed taking them sightseeing in the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Sian's dedication to helping others extends beyond teaching.

Support Superstar
For the past 2 years I have worked in Disability support specialising in support for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. I am passionate about enabling my clients to remain active in their community and in their own home. I enjoy developing a stable and reliable relationship and focus on a "doing with" not "doing for" attitude.
Chloe F
Support Superstar
Extensive experience with mental health. Fully qualified remedial massage therapist with 3+ years of experience, trained in relaxation, hot stone, cupping, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, womb healing/fertility support massage. Loves helping people to feel safe, supported, and heard. Can help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, gardening, etc. Enjoys making DIY skincare, herbal remedies, going on nature walks/hikes and swims.
Tanyia

Tanyia is a Support Superstar at Assisted Adventures with over a decade of experience in hospitality. Passionate about building rapport and forming genuine connections, she brings extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, and learning difficulties to her role. This expertise allows Tanyia to provide invaluable support to customers and the community.

Support Superstar
Mia has extensive experience working with babies, children of all ages, and individuals with disabilities. She specializes in mental health and supporting high-needs children. With a happy and energetic personality, Mia brings a caring and passionate approach to her work. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time outdoors, camping, relaxing on the beach, or listening to music.
Luke
Support Superstar
Experienced in supporting others for over 10 years, including team leadership at Woolworths and extensive lived experience in mental health. Passionate about fostering wellbeing through leadership at youth mental health camps and creating inclusive spaces in the local tabletop gaming community. Values creative expression as a tool for connection and support (recipient of a music arts grant), enriching his ability to connect with and empower individuals. Dedicated to creating safe and encouraging environments where people can grow and build strong community ties through supportive interactions.

Nat possesses extensive knowledge of mental health and is experienced in aged care, working effectively with youth. She is known for her kindness, patience, and vibrant spirit. Nat takes great pride in assisting others in achieving their goals and loves spending time at the beach with her children. She also appreciates the outdoors and has a passion for music, horseback riding, and is a dog lover..​

Age Care Superstar
Gail is an Aged Care Superstar with extensive experience in aged care. She is proficient in Mental Health and has experience working with high-needs children. Gail is knowledgeable in Hypophosphatasia and possesses several years of Hospice experience. She is passionate about gardening and loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Our Support Superstar Dani is a highly experienced member of the Assisted Adventures team, bringing with her an extensive background in mental health and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments. Dani is known for her kind, fun, and energetic personality, and she is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their personal goals with a positive mindset. Outside of work, Dani maintains a healthy and active lifestyle through Pilates and fitness, and she loves nothing more than taking relaxing walks on the beach.​

Support Superstar
Chloe is a dedicated Support Superstar with in-depth knowledge of ADHD and Bipolar disorder, fueled by a strong passion for mental health awareness. Currently pursuing a diploma in Nursing, she brings an empathetic, kind, and patient approach to her work, always focused on assisting participants in achieving their personal goals and leading a more fulfilling lifestyle. Outside of her professional life, Chloe loves staying active and can often be found enjoying the beach, listening to music, or going for walks. She deeply values spending quality time with her loved ones and bringing that same sense of connection and energy to the individuals she supports.

Nathan is a highly knowledgeable Support Superstar with extensive experience across ASD, ADHD, mental health, and physical disabilities. He is deeply dedicated to assisting those in need, whether it’s through fostering independence, exploring new interests, or simply finding joy in daily moments. Known for being empathetic, kind, and patient, Nathan brings an energetic spirit to everything he does and has a great love for the outdoors. When he isn’t working, Nathan enjoys photography, playing the guitar, and cooking, but above all, he cherishes spending quality time with his children.
